When I visited the Box I made some drawings throughout the different rooms I viewed and to do this I explored some drawing and writing exercises I learnt from the Archaeology interdisciplinary approaches and how they look at the structures of artefacts. I looked at the range of art pieces and how they were made varying from sculptures, to paintings and to clothes. In Archaeology the do fieldwork using observation drawing in timed periods, this helped me to start drawing and capturing a range of details I saw in several art pieces I viewed. I also did some sketches that weren't timed where I added more defined detail and colour. I wanted to try a short writing task as well similar to the sketching but instead timing myself and writing what I could hear around me like the Performance approach by closing my eyes for a minute and noting down after for another minute. I also took photos of the different artworks that would be useful later and I could look back over them and document them in my sketchbook as references.
